Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into implementable actions.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional, government or large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve DEP customer services and equity across the meter-to-cash process.
• Develop and implement customer feedback integration, processes, and pilot tests.
• Collaborate with DEP leadership and BPAC to standardize communications and SOPs.
