Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans.
• Strong strategic and operational project management skills.

• Lead discovery, listening tours, and landscape analyses to assess current population health efforts.
