Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Proven track record in strategic and operational project management.
• Data-driven, results-oriented with experience in analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong collaboration across diverse stakeholders inside and outside government.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape analyses, listening tours, and stakeholder engagement to inform a phased implementation plan.
• Develop tools and processes to strengthen population health management and cross-divisional coordination.
• Design data-informed decision-making frameworks, dashboards, and sustainability plans for long-term impact.
