FUSE is seeking an Executive Fellow to join Fresno County initiatives, embedding in government to lead a landscape analysis, develop an integrated health, education, and workforce framework, and build a funder-ready investment strategy.

The two-year fellowship runs Oct 26, 2026 – Oct 20, 2028, with Year One discovery and framework development and Year Two scaling and sustainability, offering a salary of $95,000 and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations and roadmaps.
• Proven skills in developing strategic plans and governance structures.
• Strong cross-sector collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of an integrated health, education, and workforce framework for Fresno County.
• Conduct landscape analysis and stakeholder listening across Cradle to Career initiatives.
• Coordinate with county partners to align programs, data, and funding for coordinated delivery.
