Job summary

Unissant, Inc. is seeking a Director of Solutions Architecture for Federal Health in the Washington, DC Metro area. The role leads enterprise-scale health solutions blending mission knowledge with cloud modernization, data interoperability, and AI/ML capabilities.

The candidate will shape technical approaches, ensure security and privacy compliance, and guide capture, proposal, and delivery activities with federal customers and partners.

Qualifications

Eight to twelve years of federal technology solutioning or enterprise architecture experience.
Four+ years supporting HHS or DOD agencies (CMS, NIH, DHA, VA, etc.).
Proven leadership in competitive federal IT pursuits and proposals.
Strong cloud, security, data interoperability, and AI/ML capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead solution strategy for CMS, NIH, DHA, VA tasks and recompetes.
Translate missions into practical technical approaches with governance constraints.
Design end-to-end architectures for cloud, data, analytics, AI/ML, and DevSecOps.
Develop modernization roadmaps for legacy apps and cloud migrations.
Shape approaches using data and AI to improve program integrity and delivery.
