A warm, down-to-earth private family is seeking a proactive, high-agency Executive Family Assistant to serve as a key right-hand partner. This dual-scope role combines hands-on support for school-aged children with household management, personal assistance, and business support.

Key Responsibilities
Family Support & Educational Care
- Oversee the master family calendar, including school, activities, appointments, and social events.
- Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities and support daily routines, transportation, meals, and organization.
- Travel with the family as needed and provide occasional overnight care.
- Adapt calmly and flexibly to changing schedules and family needs.
Household Management & Events
- Coordinate with caregivers and household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage household maintenance, repairs, deliveries, vendors, supplies, and organization projects.
- Coordinate vendors and logistics for family events, holidays, birthdays, and gatherings.
Personal & Lifestyle Assistance
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, purchasing, returns, gifts, correspondence, and special projects.
- Manage personal travel logistics, including itineraries, bookings, and packing support.
Business & Executive Support
- Assist with projects, research, document preparation, and professional vendor communication.
- Partner closely with the family's remote Executive Assistant and broader support team.
Qualifications & Profile
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Family Assistant experience, plus hands-on experience with school-aged children.
- Strong calendar management, logistical planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Proactive, decisive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
- Warm, compassionate, low-ego, and calm under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling and productivity tools.
- Comfortable coordinating with household staff, vendors, and other professionals.
- Conversational Spanish highly preferred.
- Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Valid driver's license and comfortable with job-related driving.
- Full-time, primarily onsite support with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- $140,000–$160,000+ DOE.
