Isla Bella Beach Resort is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the resort-wide F&B operation, including restaurants, bars, pools, banquets, and weddings. This hands-on executive role oversees guest experience, financial performance, and leadership development across the division.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in luxury resort environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and department profitability.

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all resort F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and events.
• Maintain a hands-on, highly visible leadership presence during peak service periods and events.
• Establish elevated service standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all F&B outlets.
• Oversee recruitment, development, and performance management of F&B managers and staff.
• Lead collaboration with culinary leadership to align front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
