Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, FL, seeks a Resort Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations across the property, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet and catering, marina dining, and seasonal outlets.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of progressive leadership in large resort settings, strong financial acumen, and the ability to develop leaders, manage high-volume events, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive F&B leadership in large resorts or destination properties.
• Experience managing multiple F&B outlets and large banquet/catering operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, labor, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead resort-wide Food & Beverage operations across multiple venues.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, revenue goals, and department objectives.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and leadership development across outlets.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with luxury standards and drive revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and Operations to plan and execute events.
