Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Conference & Events Manager to drive the planning, execution, and excellence of internal and external events across a regional footprint. You will partner with Workplace Experience, Facilities, Security and client leadership to deliver outstanding experiences for employees and executives.

In this role you will lead event strategy, oversee operations from venue to catering, and mentor a small team of coordinators and reception staff.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills in person and over the phone/virtually.
• Must learn quickly and follow detailed instructions.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to lift 25 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of conference and event experiences from concept to completion.
• Provide strategic oversight of event operations including venue, AV, hospitality and logistics.
• Manage development and performance of Conference & Events Coordinators and staff.
• Coordinate requests and requirements with clients and internal partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, service models and playbooks for consistency and scalability.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and drive continuous improvement.
