Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in corporate events, field marketing, or related roles
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Highly proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel (complex spreadsheets), and Mac platforms
  • Proven customer service excellence for internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting executive-level events in fast-paced corporate environments
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events
  • This role is hybrid, based in Bellevue, WA
