DeWinter Group is seeking an Executive Events Coordinator III to lead and elevate regional workplace events at our Bellevue, WA campus. You will own end-to-end event design, planning, and execution, partnering with executives to drive culture, inclusivity, and engagement across high-growth locations.

You will manage complex portfolios, leverage Asana and Google Suite, and drive process improvements, scalable playbooks, and automation to enhance impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate events or related fields.
  • Proven track record leading high-impact corporate events.
  • Experience managing diverse event portfolios.
  • Strong budget, procurement, and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and execution of large-scale regional events.

Executive Events Coordinator III

In this pivotal role, you'll craft and execute sophisticated workplace events that elevate company culture, foster community, and enhance employee engagement across high-growth locations. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will transform ambitious event plans into memorable experiences, supporting the organization's mission to create an inclusive, connected, and vibrant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of large-scale regional events, including offsites, celebrations, executive briefings, and training sessions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project lifecycles with dashboards, run-of-shows, and inspection mechanisms to guarantee flawless event execution.
  • Optimize processes to enhance scalability, cost-efficiency, and impact of workplace initiatives.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making and success measurement.
  • Foster transparent communication with stakeholders, managing expectations around milestones, budgets, and risks.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to build and maintain high standards for event quality and service delivery.
  • Innovate by integrating automation and AI tools to streamline reporting and improve operational workflows.
  • Mentor team members and external partners to uphold operational excellence and standardization through SOPs and playbooks.
  • Anticipate future needs, maintaining an annual roadmap to scale and refine regional event strategies.
Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in corporate events, hospitality, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives.
  • Expertise in managing diverse event portfolios, from cultural moments to large-scale offsites and executive events.
  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in platforms such as Asana, Google Suite, Slack, and event management tools.
  • Advanced budget management, procurement, and vendor oversight experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of partnering effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Safety and inclusion focus, with CPR/First Aid certifications preferred, and experience designing accessible experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with automation and AI integration into event management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as EPOCH, FreshService, Envoy.
  • Experience in organizational culture initiatives and affinity group collaboration.
  • Multilingual abilities or multicultural event experience.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
  • 6-8+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate event planning or hospitality management.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work on-site at the Bellevue, WA location with occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
  • Commitment to safety, accessibility, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
