Grand Hyatt Deer Valley seeks a highly organized Senior Event Planning Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex meetings, conferences, incentive groups, and special events across our luxury resort in Park City, Utah. You will establish client relationships, coordinate with Sales, Operations, F&B, and Banquets, and ensure flawless event experiences.

• Lead planning and execution of complex meetings, conferences and events.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, F&B, Banquets and other departments.
• Manage group room blocks, spaces, and event logistics for medium to large groups.
• Serve as primary liaison between client and resort operations throughout pre-, during, and post-event phases.
• Mentor and coach Event Planning Managers and team members.
• Identify operational challenges and deliver solutions to ensure service excellence.
