The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley in Park City, Utah, seeks a Sales Systems Administrator to maintain sales systems, generate reports, and provide support to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers. The role requires highly organized, detail oriented, analytical thinking and strong written and verbal communication.

You will handle confidential payroll, hotel and associate information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Analytically minded with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to establish professional relationships and manage confidential information.
• Hospitality industry knowledge is a plus.
• Independence and confidence in work approach.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Sales files in an organized fashion as per standards.
• Answer phones; qualify incoming inquiry calls and respond professionally.
• Assist managers on proposals, contracts, and event logistics.
• Coordinate internal communications within the department and with others.
• Organize deliveries, amenities, letters, and transportation schedules as needed.
• Maintain Envision system entries daily.
• Coordinate client needs and client events.
• Represent the hotel with integrity and professionalism.
