Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Grand Hyatt Deer Valley in Park City, UT seeks a Rooms Control - Front Office Lead with a part-time schedule. You will supervise front desk operations, coach Hosts and Guest Service Agents, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures in a luxury setting.

You will lead on-shift activities, manage room inventory, handle guest requests, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional service aligned with the Hyatt brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Office or Rooms Division.
• Strong guest-service orientation with high-touch service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Opera and HotSOS is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Leads by example and fosters teamwork.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest arrivals/departures.
• Coach and mentor Front Office Hosts and Guest Service Agents.
• Coordinate pre-shift briefings and real-time service recovery.
• Handle VIP arrivals and special requests with poise.
• Schedule interviews, organize small projects, and assist with room assignments.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor occupancy and adjust room inventory to maximize revenue.
• Lead shift operations and ensure consistent front desk functions.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
