Job summary

Primis is actively seeking an experienced Enterprise CSM to own a portfolio of strategic, high-revenue US accounts within our real-time CDP/MarTech platform. You will drive retention, expansion, and executive relationships, translating complex data strategies into measurable business outcomes.

You will lead quarterly business reviews, advocate for customers inside the product team, and operate in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a strong equity ethos and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CSM / AM / Solutions Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
• Background in CDP, MarTech, data infrastructure, or developer-adjacent platforms.
• Proven track record managing large, complex, global accounts (ideally $250k+ ACV).
• Able and willing to work from NYC office 4 days per week.
• An AI-first mindset — you use the tools, you don't just talk about them.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic, high-revenue global accounts.
• Drive retention and expansion.
• Build exec-level relationships.
• Translate complex customer data strategies into measurable business outcomes.
• Lead QBRs that actually mean something.
• Be the voice of the customer back into Product.
