Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an Executive Enablement and Workforce Development Senior Advisor to partner with senior leaders, translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, and drive enterprise learning initiatives. You will craft executive presentations, briefings, and narratives, synthesize complex data, and support cross-functional initiatives to improve performance and readiness.

Hybrid work in California, with on-site days at an SCE facility.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years leading technical training initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-organizational training programs for improving employee performance or compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Directs the continuous development of the enterprise's skilling, upskilling, and reskilling processes and practices across the organization.
• Designs and delivers complex technical training materials and content for diverse audiences.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on training design, development and delivery issues.
• Improves program effectiveness by analyzing data and providing insights to leadership.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on learning assessments and curricula priorities for training outcomes.
• Develops training dashboards and maintains interactive applications for tracking purposes.
