Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for large-scale electrical infrastructure projects in the Columbus, OH area. The person will lead multiple Superintendents and coordinate with project leadership to deliver complex, mission-critical installations on time and within budget.

The role requires a proven track record in data centers, industrial power plants, or similar environments, with the ability to manage budgets, labor relations, and cross-trade coordination

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic execution of electrical projects with budgets of $50,000,000+.
• Mentor and develop junior Superintendent staff and field leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Manager on long-term resource planning and labor forecasting.
• Manage complex inter-trade coordination for seamless integration with mechanical and structural systems.
