Job summary

Ace Electric is hiring an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large construction projects in the Columbus region. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality results while guiding a team of electricians and foremen.

The role supports both local and travel opportunities and emphasizes leadership development. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of electrical construction experience, NEC knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of electrical construction experience
• Journeyman Electrician status and/or Apprenticeship completion preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced, complex construction projects
• Experience coordinating large field teams and multiple trades
• Proficient with documentation and reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel on electrical construction projects
• Manage day-to-day field operations to ensure safety, schedule, and quality
• Coordinate manpower, production schedules, materials, tooling, and equipment
• Ensure NEC compliance and company standards
• Drive safety performance and enforce policies
• Mentor foremen and field leadership teams
• Support fabrication and prefabrication to improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate project documentation and field communications
