Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects in Sandusky, OH. Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction field leadership experience.
• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or General Foreman on large projects.
• Data center or mission-critical electrical construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for large-scale data center projects.
• Supervise foremen, field crews, subcontractors and project personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment to maintain schedules.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and installation requirements.
• Develop short-term and look-ahead schedules.
• Support commissioning, testing, startup, and punch lists.
• Maintain safety culture and compliance.
