Job summary

Ace Electric in the Columbus, Ohio region seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and top quality aligned with NEC standards.

This role targets candidates with 6+ years of electrical construction experience and strong leadership, capable of coordinating multiple trades. Travel or relocation opportunities may be available as Ace grows its local and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Journeyman Electrician status and/or Apprenticeship completion preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC requirements.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience leading large field teams and coordinating multiple trades.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel on electrical construction projects.
• Manage day-to-day field operations and schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tooling, and equipment.
• Ensure NEC compliance, project specifications, and company standards.
• Drive safety performance and enforce safety policies.
• Mentor foremen, electricians, and field leadership teams.
