The Senior Electrical Superintendent is a strategic field executive responsible for large-scale, high-complexity electrical infrastructure projects exceeding $50,000,000. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in mission-critical environments, data centers, or massive industrial power plants, capable of directing multiple Superintendents and large labor forces.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic execution of electrical projects with budgets of $50,000,000+.
• Mentor and develop junior Superintendent staff and field leadership teams.
• Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager on long-term resource planning and labor forecasting.
• Manage complex inter-trade coordination to ensure electrical infrastructure is integrated seamlessly with mechanical and structural systems.

Role Type Options

• Local Role: Leadership of marquee projects within the Place region. Requires a deep network of local labor contacts.
• Large Traveling Role: Executive-level field management for high-priority national accounts. Involves relocation or long-term travel to major project hubs across the United States with premium subsistence pay.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $175,000 – $230,000
