Provide strategic leadership, expertise, and support for Executive Non-Degree Programs within the Scheller College of Business. Responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding Georgia Tech’s Executive Education portfolio, including custom and open enrollment offerings. Establish departmental goals, determine resource needs, assess performance, and provide feedback to ensure operational excellence and revenue achievement. This position will interact regularly with faculty, staff, alumni, and corporate clients. The position typically will advise and counsel faculty, staff, and corporate partners and supervise assigned staff.
Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience: Ten or more years of job-related experience.
Skills: Knowledge, skills, and abilities: skills in sales, revenue generation, marketing, management, organization, leadership, customer service, budget administration, and the use of office-related computer applications. General management skills in business development, coaching, communication, and decision-making within an academic context.
Job Grade: A14. Location: Atlanta, GA. Salary Range: $127,257 – $173,068 annually. Position notes: Supervisory; has financial responsibilities; may travel; requires purchasing card (P‑Card). Background check required.
