Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking a Design Strategist, Executive Education to craft scalable, high-impact learning experiences for diverse learners within the Learning Enterprise. You will collaborate with faculty, SMEs, product teams, and industry partners to design asynchronous online and synchronous immersive courses for the Learning Design portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, product teams, and industry partners to design high-quality learning experiences across modalities.
Lead or contribute to complex design projects with external partners or accelerated timelines.
Apply backward design to align learning objectives, materials, and assessments.
Design materials using evidence-based learning science and modern instructional design frameworks.
Develop course materials in the learning management system (LMS), including Canvas.
Build multimedia assets using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and H5P.
Ensure courses meet accessibility and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) standards.
Design assessments and activities that foster skill development and authentic outcomes.
Collaborate with multimedia specialists and course managers to ensure high-quality delivery.
