The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Executive Education Coordinator to support Texas McCombs' Texas Executive Education portfolio. This role focuses on delivering premier end-to-end participant experiences, building rapport with clients and participants, and coordinating all program logistics on and off campus or virtually.

Responsibilities include managing facilities, vendor contracts, and program evaluations, while collaborating with directors, faculty, and clients to ensure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 3 years in event planning or coordinating conferences, seminars, short courses, or workshops.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and clients.
  • Effective communication and ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients, faculty, and participants to coordinate program delivery on- and off-campus or virtually, gathering real-time feedback.
  • Prepare for delivery of Texas Executive Education's nondegree custom programs, open enrollment classes, and events; represent the University professionally.
  • Arrange facilities, housing, catering, equipment, and instructional materials; negotiate vendor contracts; monitor budgets; supervise students as needed.
  • Manage program evaluations and records; generate reports; identify ways to improve services for participants.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
