Job summary

Aramark seeks a District Manager in the United States (NY region) to provide vision, planning, and control for a large district generating $30-50M+ in revenue. You will lead multiple accounts, drive revenue growth, manage costs, and deliver financial commitments while ensuring safety, quality, and service excellence.

The role requires frequent travel to client sites, strong leadership, and the ability to develop and coach teams to reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility in hospitality, facilities, or related industries.
• Ability to hire, assess, and develop talent; strong client interaction.
• Comfort reading and implementing contractual requirements within contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts/units.
• Establish and maintain client rapport; support new business and retention initiatives.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and cost targets; monitor metrics and margins.
