Job summary

Aramark is seeking a District Manager to provide vision, planning, direction, and control for a geographic district with significant revenue responsibility. You will drive growth, cost control, and productivity while leading people and meeting financial commitments.

The role involves frequent travel to client sites and accountability for revenue growth, EBIT, margin, and client loyalty across multiple accounts. A strong leadership track record and a Bachelor’s degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple accounts and teams.
• Strong understanding of budgets, revenue, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance for multiple accounts.
• Coach and mentor employees, develop talent, and conduct team management meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers.
• Deliver on client satisfaction through relationship management and progress updates.
• Manage P&L statements and deliver financial targets using company systems.
