Job summary

Aramark is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple client sites within a geographic district. The role focuses on growth, cost control, productivity, and leading teams to meet financial commitments across the district.

Travel to client sites within the district is expected as part of day-to-day leadership, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with 5–10 years in hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food and beverage industries and P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership with broad management knowledge, business judgment and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Comfort reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork across all organization levels.
• Proven success in a repeatable business model, including leading through change and turnaround initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree generally required; advanced degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - establish ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance for multiple accounts/units.
• Client Relationship - maintain effective client rapport and communicate progress.
• Financial Performance - manage budgets and deliver financial targets using Aramark systems.
• Productivity - lead in labor and financial initiatives for efficient operations and cost controls.
• Compliance - ensure a safe and healthy environment and adherence to policies.
