Job summary

Aramark is seeking a District Manager to provide vision, planning, direction, and control across a large geographic district with significant revenue responsibility. You will drive growth, manage costs, and lead people to meet financial commitments, with travel to client sites throughout the district.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, EBIT, margins, client loyalty, and employee engagement, requiring leadership across multiple accounts and units and adherence to safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility in hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food & beverage.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with broad management practices and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Comfortable reading and implementing contractual requirements and opportunities within contract terms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across organization levels.
• Proven success in a repeatable business model, including change and turnaround leadership.
• Bachelor's degree generally required; advanced business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: own operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts and units; coach and mentor teams; ensure safety, quality and service.
• Client Relationship: build strong client rapport; communicate progress; support new business and retention; ensure customer satisfaction surveys in locations.
• Financial Performance: manage revenue and budgets; maintain P&L; use systems to deliver targets; monitor margins and trends.
• Productivity: lead implementation of labor and financial initiatives; ensure efficiency and cost controls; apply operating standards.
• Compliance: maintain a safe and healthy environment; follow applicable policies and wage-hour regulations.
