Job summary

Gateway Rehab seeks an experienced Executive Director for Productivity Partners to lead employer-based behavioral health services, including EAP, training, coaching, organizational consulting, wellness, and crisis response.

You will oversee service delivery, client relationships, growth strategies, and compliance, collaborating with GRC departments and partners to provide confidential, high-quality solutions that advance workforce well-being and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, human services, organizational development, business administration, human resources, or a related field required.
• Clinical licensure or EAP certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in EAP or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Experience overseeing training programs and workforce education strategies.
• Strong understanding of EAP principles, confidentiality, and referral coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate outcomes, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency with MS Office, virtual meeting platforms, CRM tools, and data tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for Productivity Partners’ EAP and other services.
• Oversees planning, administration, and continuous improvement of EAP, training, coaching, and wellness services.
• Develops policies, workflows, and operating practices to support confidential service delivery.
• Leads client relationship management with employers, schools, and healthcare partners.
• Drives business growth, client retention, and service-line expansion.
• Oversees Affiliate Therapist and Trainer Network and provider engagement.
• Ensures intake, screening, referral coordination, crisis response, and case management.
• Provides leadership for incident response planning and deployment of supports.
• Monitors utilization, satisfaction, outcomes, revenue, and performance metrics.
• Prepares reports, forecasts, and recommendations for leadership and clients.
• Develops marketing and outreach strategies to promote Productivity Partners’ services.
• Maintains knowledge of EAP principles and privacy requirements.
• Promotes confidentiality, diversity, equity, inclusion, and professional excellence.
• Represents Productivity Partners and GRC at events; supports new service development.
• Provides consultation to internal leaders and external clients on employee support needs.
• Attends mandatory trainings and meetings; performs other duties.

Education

Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, human services, organizational development, business administration, human resources, or a related field

Clinical licensure or EAP certification (preferred)

Experience leading teams and managing client relationships

Experience overseeing training programs / leadership development

Strong understanding of EAP principles and confidentiality standards

Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
