Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, managing client relationships, and growing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Productivity Partners and related service lines.
• Oversee service delivery, client relationships, business development, and affiliate engagement.
• Develop policies, workflows, and operating practices to ensure confidential and compliant service delivery.
• Lead client relationships with employers, schools, healthcare orgs, and unions.
• Drive growth, client retention, and expansion of service lines through strategic planning.
