Productivity Partners, a division of Gateway Rehab Center (GRC), is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for employer-based support services, including EAP services, corporate training, leadership coaching, organizational consulting, workplace wellness, critical incident response, and related professional service lines.

Your Role in Productivity Partners

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for Productivity Partners, Encase EAP, Steel Minds Training, and other professional service lines. You will oversee service delivery, client relationship management, business development, affiliate provider engagement, program performance, compliance, reporting, marketing support, and continuous improvement efforts. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to client organizations and collaborate across GRC departments to support workforce wellness, organizational effectiveness, and employer-based behavioral health programming.

  • Provides strategic leadership for Productivity Partners' EAP and other professional services.
  • Oversees the planning, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of EAP services, professional training, leadership coaching, organizational consulting, workplace wellness, and critical incident response services.
  • Develops, evaluates, and maintains policies, procedures, workflows, service standards, and operating practices that support effective, confidential, and compliant service delivery.
  • Leads client relationship management by serving as a trusted advisor to employers, schools, healthcare organizations, social service agencies, unions, and other client partners.
  • Drives business growth, client retention, and service line expansion through strategic planning, consultative relationship-building, account development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversees the Affiliate Therapist and Trainer Network and ensures appropriate provider engagement, quality, responsiveness, documentation, and alignment with client needs.
  • Ensures EAP services include appropriate intake, screening, referral coordination, crisis response, case management support, training coordination, and follow-up processes.
  • Provides leadership for critical incident response planning and coordination, including timely deployment of appropriate supports to client organizations following disruptive or traumatic workplace events.
  • Monitors program utilization, client satisfaction, training outcomes, referral trends, revenue performance, and other key metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepares and presents regular reports, summaries, forecasts, and recommendations for executive leadership, client organizations, and internal business planning.
  • Develops and supports marketing, outreach, and education strategies that promote awareness, utilization, and growth of Productivity Partners services.
  • Maintains strong knowledge of EAP principles, workplace behavioral health trends, organizational development practices, privacy requirements, and applicable legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Promotes a culture of confidentiality, compassion, responsiveness, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, professional excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Represents Productivity Partners and GRC at community, employer, professional, and promotional events as appropriate.
  • Supports new service development, special projects, contract implementation, and organizational initiatives related to workforce wellness and employer-based behavioral health supports.
  • Provides consultation and subject matter expertise to internal leaders and external clients on employee support, workplace wellness, training, and organizational effectiveness needs.
  • Attends mandatory GRC trainings, meetings, and in-services as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, human services, organizational development, business administration, human resources, or a related field required.
  • Clinical licensure, EAP certification, or other relevant professional credential preferred, such as LPC, LCSW, CEAP, SHRM, or similar credential.
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in EAP services, behavioral health, workplace wellness, corporate training, organizational consulting, clinical administration, human resources, business development, or a related leadership role preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and developing business or program growth strategies.
  • Experience overseeing or supporting training programs, leadership development, onboarding, or workforce education strategies preferred.
  • Strong understanding of EAP principles, workplace behavioral health, employee support services, critical incident response, confidentiality standards, and referral coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, evaluate outcomes, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organized records, meet deadlines, and lead projects from planning through implementation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and in accordance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, customer relationship management tools, data tracking systems, and ability to learn new software systems.
