Job summary

Productivity Partners, a division of Gateway Rehab Center (GRC), seeks an experienced Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for employer-based support services, including EAP, corporate training, leadership coaching, organizational consulting, workplace wellness, and crisis response.

You will oversee service delivery, client relationships, business development, provider engagement, and performance reporting while aligning programs with GRC's mission and ensuring

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Clinical licensure or EAP certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in EAP, behavioral health, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and develop growth strategies.
• Experience overseeing training programs and workforce education strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Productivity Partners and related service lines.
• Oversee service delivery, client relationships, and program performance.
• Drive business development, account growth, and affiliate engagement.
• Ensure compliant operations, confidentiality, and regulatory adherence.
• Develop and implement marketing, outreach, and education strategies.
• Present reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
