Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director for VBC Analytics Shared Services, Reporting & Technology to lead enterprise analytics and data infrastructure for value-based care across Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and emerging models.

You will shape the strategy, build/mature the analytics organization, and partner with clinical, finance, technology, and operations to deliver scalable reporting and insights that improve quality and affordability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of healthcare analytics, managed care, provider reimbursement, value-based care, or related leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading managers and high-performing teams; 8+ years preferred.
• Deep expertise in value-based care design, provider performance management, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience leading large-scale data, reporting, technology, or analytics transformation.
• Knowledge of provider contracting, reimbursement methodologies, quality measurement, and population health.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the VBC analytics, reporting, and technology strategy with a long-term vision.
• Develop and maintain tools, data models, and cloud-based analytics capabilities.
• Create enterprise reporting standards, governance, and self-service analytics.
• Deliver provider insights and performance improvement opportunities with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee contract administration platforms and data integration across systems.
• Lead technology prioritization and vendor management to drive innovation.
