Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Lead Director of Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to guide enterprise risk adjustment analytics and BI solutions. You will transform clinical and operational data into actionable insights, driving provider performance and program efficiency while shaping reporting strategy with AI and automation.

You will lead a team, partner with executives across Risk Adjustment, Finance, and IT, and advance analytics delivery with data storytelling and modern

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, or related experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Ability to lead complex analytics portfolios with prioritized delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with dashboards and KPIs at multiple levels.
• Oversee provider performance analytics to drive gap closure and outcomes.
• Drive analytics innovation, AI adoption, and modern BI capabilities across platforms.
• Mentor and develop analytics/BI teams and engage with stakeholders across units.
