Qualifications
- 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or BI experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or BI.
- Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
- Advanced experience with SQL, Python, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
Responsibilities
- Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with dashboards and insights for markets, plans, and providers.
- Develop provider performance analytics to close gaps and improve outcomes.
- Drive analytics innovation, AI adoption, and modern BI capabilities.
- Lead a BI team and partner with Risk Adjustment, Finance, Actuarial, Clinical, and IT leaders.
