Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to drive enterprise risk adjustment analytics and BI solutions. You will transform clinical, operational, and claims data into actionable insights that guide provider performance and program efficiency.

This leader will provide data storytelling, advanced visualizations, and AI-driven reporting. You will partner with Market Leads, Finance, Clinical, and Operational teams to shape the organization’s reporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare analytics, informatics, or BI.
• 2+ years of leadership in analytics teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-adjustment performance reporting and dashboards at market/plan/provider levels.
• Develop provider performance analytics to close gaps and drive improvement.
• Define analytics governance, KPI definitions, and enterprise analytics framework.
• Mentor a 4–5 person analytics team and collaborate with Finance, Clinical, and IT stakeholders.
