Job summary

Genentech, a member of the Roche group, is seeking an Executive Director of Targeting, Optimization, & Measurement to lead analytics strategy and product development across the commercial lifecycle. You will shape NBA engines, segmentation, and measurement frameworks, partnering across Commercial, Medical, and Access to drive growth.

The role emphasizes analytics leadership over IT, with deep pharma domain expertise and governance across data products.

Qualifications

Minimum 14+ years in pharmaceutical or national healthcare payer commercial analytics, medical and/or access analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, or analytical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Hands-on experience building and measuring commercial analytics capabilities at scale in healthcare.
Experience with modern data/AI ecosystems and governance for enterprise data products.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic analytics roadmap for targeting, optimization, and measurement across the commercial lifecycle.
Design and deploy analytics solutions such as NBA engines, segmentation, MMM, and omnichannel performance.
Direct long-term analytical product investments and balance cross-portfolio trade-offs.
Embed AI capabilities into analytics and ensure adoption across the organization.
Drive rigorous project delivery and KPI-based measurement of impact.
