Job summary

Genentech, a Roche subsidiary, seeks a Senior Director for Market Access Insights & Analytics in South San Francisco. Lead a world-class team shaping policy, pricing, and contracting analytics to inform forecasting and portfolio decisions.

You will partner with PAA, Finance, Brand teams, and Measurement CoE to build scalable data products and predictive models that translate complex datasets and reforms like IRA into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics experience in pharma or payor sectors.
• Deep U.S. market access, pricing, and contracting expertise.
• Experience translating policy decisions into financial impact.
• Proven track record of productizing analytics into scalable data assets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Model and quantify financial impact of health policies and access strategies.
• Architect scalable analytics products and reusable capabilities.
• Develop models/tools with Measurement CoE for portfolio optimization and ROI.
• Lead analytics within cross-functional pods for access, pricing, contracting scenarios.
• Develop predictive analytics to optimize milestones in the patient journey.
• Establish repeatable access insights and governance for decision support.
• Advise senior leadership on analytics priorities and investments.
