You will partner with Patient Access, Finance, and Brand teams to forecast portfolio impact, model policy effects, and build modular data products that scale across brands.

You will bring 12+ years of domain expertise in U.S. market access, pricing, and contracting, and guide executives with data-driven recommendations in a complex matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or predictive modeling in pharma/payor.
• Specialized expertise in U.S. market access, pricing, contracting and payer strategy analytics.
• Proven ability to translate policy decisions into financial impact and scalable data products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts powering analytics for policy, pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Partner with PAA, Finance, Brand teams to model financial impact of health policies.
• Architect scalable analytics products and repeatable decision blueprints.
• Develop predictive modeling and measurement tools across the organization.
• Provide trusted advisory to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Coach and mentor analysts to operate as strategic owners.
