The University of Maine seeks a Director of Student Success & Development to lead the Maine Business School's student success enterprise. This role advances enrollment growth, persistence, graduation, and post-graduate success, collaborating with college leaders to implement data-informed strategies.

It provides executive leadership for enrollment management, advising, student engagement, and development initiatives while supervising staff and aligning efforts across units.

Formación

• Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Business, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education.
• Demonstrated success leading student success, enrollment, advising, or student development initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership for enrollment management, advising, student engagement, retention, and career readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the student success enterprise.
• Supervise professional staff and develop data-informed strategies.
• Partner with college and university leadership to advance enrollment and graduation goals.
