Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or senior advisory roles.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior internal consulting teams to drive strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
• Develop strategic solutions and align stakeholders across agencies and headquarters.
• Drive execution cadence, remove blockers, and ensure sustained implementation of changes.
• Guide and support teams in prioritizing initiatives and managing milestones.
• Directly manage Senior Managers and Managers including hiring and performance development.
• Lead enterprise projects aligned with MTA strategic objectives.
