You will lead high-priority initiatives from problem definition through execution, delivering practical solutions that improve performance, sustainability, and service quality across agencies and headquarters.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, or senior leadership roles within large organizations.
• Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience including hiring, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Experience at top-tier management consulting firms may substitute for part of the 8-year requirement.

Aufgaben

• Convert analyses and diagnostics into polished solutions with business cases, playbooks, and dashboards for leaders.
• Lead disciplined implementation of workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure measurable improvements.
• Provide credible support to stakeholders with insights and executable plans.
• Coach junior analysts and teams, setting goals and maintaining high quality and delivery standards.
• Directly manage managers and senior associates, including hiring and performance management.
• Lead additional enterprise projects advancing MTA's strategic objectives with sound judgment and stewardship.
