Job summary

HELP USA INC seeks an Executive Director to lead a team of five to six staff and manage social services, facilities, security, and business operations. Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field preferred; bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, including supervisory, staff development, program management, and budgetary skills.
• Experience working in homeless shelters required.
• Availability for on-call emergencies outside of regular business hours.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee social services, facilities, security, and business management.
• Develop and manage program operations and funding streams.
