Job summary

The Masonic Homes of California in Covina is seeking an Executive Director/SNF Administrator to provide senior leadership and operational oversight for the Covina campus. This role guides resident experience, culture, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and team engagement.

Based in Covina and reporting to the COO, the ED oversees independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing operations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a supervisory capacity in a senior living community.
• Working knowledge of the senior living industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for all stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage budgets and operations.
• Licensure in CA RCFE and NH Administrator required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and campus oversight for Covina campus operations.
• Lead occupancy strategies, branding, referrals, and visitor experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys, audits, and reviews.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing department leaders; build a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with governance, external partners, and community stakeholders.
