Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs the Dining Services Department, its programs and activities.
• Oversees and directs in-service training for all subordinate staff.
• Supervises assigned staff and overall department operation.
• Prepares department budget proposal and monitors its utilization.
• Maintains clean and safe dining areas and ensures adequate staff on duty.
• Coordinates maintenance of dietary equipment and schedules.
• Conducts interviews and handles hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions.
