The Masonic Homes of California is seeking a Director of Nursing for our Covina skilled nursing facility. This prominent leadership role guides a dedicated nursing team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a newly constructed campus, with a focus on dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in long-term care nursing and three years in administration, a BSN, California RN license, and RAC-CT preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional nursing experience in long-term care.
• Three years in nursing administration or leadership roles (DON experience preferred).
• BSN required; RAC-CT certification preferred.
