The Administrator will oversee nursing and support services, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive quality resident care while achieving business objectives. Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current/active state Executive Director license.
• Organized and detailed in work performance.
• Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
• Genuine caring for elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
• Comply with Residents' Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's overall operations in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct programs and activities.
• Monitor department activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, coach and discipline as needed.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and recruitment to maintain high morale and census.
• Develop relationships with regulators, residents, families and providers.
• Attend or complete CEUs to meet licensure requirements.
