Selectis Health, Inc. seeks an energetic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Quapaw, OK facility. You will supervise overall operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and motivate staff to meet both clinical and business objectives.

The role demands strong leadership, adherence to state regulations, and a focus on maintaining excellent care for residents, while driving financial performance and internal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current/active state Executive Director license.
• Organized and detailed in work performance.
• Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
• Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
• Comply with Residents' Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the facility’s programs and activities in conjunction with budget and regulations.
• Oversee policy communication, evaluate performance and provide feedback to staff.
• Monitor delivery of nursing care and facility operations to meet resident needs.
• Recruit, supervise and retain competent department managers and staff.
• Develop marketing and revenue strategies to maximize census and payor mix.
