Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced RN leader to manage Nursing Services and ensure high-quality resident care in line with physicians' orders and federal/state standards. The role oversees 24-hour nursing supervision and center operations in the absence of the Administrator.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, an Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing, and 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience (5 years in long-term or acute care preferred).

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of practice.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assumes ultimate responsibility for coordinating plans for total resident care
• Communicates and interprets policies and procedures to nursing staff
• Participates in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents
• Participates in daily and weekly management team meetings to discuss resident status and concerns
• Other duties may be assigned anytime with or without notice
