Skyline Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our facility. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident care quality while managing budgets and interdepartmental coordination.

The role requires an active Nursing Home Administrator license, a related bachelor’s degree, and SNF experience. The administrator will engage with the governing board, families, and staff to promote exceptional resident

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to align with long-term goals and mission.
• Lead clinical, managerial, and custodial teams for effective collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee resident care plans and safety trainings.
• Create and maintain facility budget and oversee billing and fees.
• Act as liaison to the governing board, public, residents, and families.
